Economy Ground Delivery
You can expect delivery of most items within 8-10 business days of your order.
Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take 5 to 10 business days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.
Standard Delivery: Delivery will be protected from the weather by placing it in the closest dry area (porch, garage) or inside the closest door of the dwelling.
Express Ground Delivery
You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order.
Shipping charges for Express Ground Delivery are based on the item weight and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process and before you place your order.
Note: All orders purchased prior to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are processed in 1-2 business days at the warehouse. Our shipping carriers do not deliver for Clip-A-Phone on Saturday and Sundays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is a set cost per item(s) in your shopping cart, and is based on the shipping method you select (Economy, Express Ground). The actual shipping charges can be found in the shopping cart, before you begin the check-out process.

APO / FPO
www.clipaphone.com does not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to a PO Box must be shipped via Economy ground shipping.
Clip-A-Phone,LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are shipped. Clip-A-Phone, LLC will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed "delivered" by Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of each order. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed. You will find estimated delivery time and charges in the cart in the shipping and handling drop down. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have an additional $19.95 shipping surcharge, which will be shown on the payment page during the checkout process.
